1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon or one packet splenda
sea salt
pepper
1/2 cup cilantro
4 green onions thinly sliced
1 head of red cabbage thinly sliced
1-2 cucumbers thinly sliced
in a bowl mix cider vinegar, olive oil and splenda. season with salt and
pepper. add veggies and toss to coat.
